welcome back to my blog guys....


hi guys come back again with me dina aprilianty. Thank God today is still given the opportunity to work on this blog, do not ever get bored to read my blog well guys. I will tell you about my activities while in the kitchen from morning to evening. Okay?. today I left for campus at 6:30 a.m. as usual, when I arrived at campus I went straight into the locker to store my bag and complete my grooming. after that I came out to oneline and was absent by the supervisor before entering the kitchen, then I returned oneline in the kitchen while waiting for my friend and supervisor to enter.


then the supervisor explains what will be made today by working regularly and cleanly as Sir Faisal said. after that as usual we were the one group to gather first to divide the tasks of who would prepare for tomorrow and who would do today to continue preparing yesterday. after discussing quite a while with group friends hehe it's time to do it with their respective duties. well today I will make NORIMAKI (sushi) which is food from Japan. well the way to make it easy to pick up the tool to roll the cake and then give the nori according to the size of the rollers after that give the Japanese rice and the side dish then roll it over.





just cut it off and don't forget the sauce is split apart hehe. then it's time for platting after platting we all head to the mosque to do the dhuzur prayer. after returning from the prayer time for general cleaning before going home.





recipe "NORIMAKI"

Ingridients :
- 650 gr Rice
- 7 layer Nori
- 300 gr Tobikko
- 2 pcs Egg beaten
- 2 pcs Cucumber ,cut into julienne

Sushizu:
- 180 ml Vinegar
- 130 gr Sugar
- 40 gr Salt

Procedure :
1.Mix all ingridients sushizu and boil,than cool to room temperature
2.For egg ,make a thin omlette
3.Make steam rice ad mix with sushizu
4.Portion rice to 7 portions (90 gr/portion).Take makisu and put nori ,rice and filling shusi like a cucumber,tobikko and omlette.Then roll
5.Cut norimaki into 8 pieces and serve with shoyu.
