Today I am the class leader, so I have to come sooner than my friends and supervisors. As always the supervisor explains the things that must be done today and explains the menu that will be made today.

After that, we were all told to disperse and do work that was not finished yesterday and I would fry the city bitch with my group friends. After that I made a sauce for the ingredients, the ingredients were red onion, garlic, red chili, cayenne pepper, vineger, seasoning. How to make the sauce, first saute red onion, garlic until it emits a fragrant smell and then enter the red chili, and chili peppers, then stir until evenly distributed until the chili is soft. After that, enter 1 liter of water and boil, after simmering boil for 10 minutes then add the sesoning. Then turn off the fire, add enough vineger, then stir until evenly distributed, then filter.

After everything was done, I went back to helping my group friends to make khao neow ma muany (rice mango). After it was finished all the plating had been time to explain in front of Sir Faisal. After that we rested to eat. After eating we will do general cleaning and then go home.





Recipe "SAUS JALANG KOTE"

Sauce :
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 70 gr redchillies, halved, seeded, chopped
- 5 gr bird's eye chillies, chopped
- 30 gr garlic, peeled and chopped
- 15 gr shallots, peeled and chopped
- 200 ml water
- 10 gr white sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vineger
- 1 pinch salt to taste.



For making sauce :
- heat oil in shallow frying pan, add shallot, garlic, chillies, and saute over medium heat until fragrant.

- add water, vineger, sugar, and salt, bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.


recipe "KHAO NEOW MA MUANG (STICKY RICE WITH MANGO)

ingredients
- 500 gr glutinous (sticky) rice, soak in cold water for at least one hour and drained
- 375 ml coconut milk
- a pinch salt 
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 large ripes mango, peeled and sliced

procedure 
1. in a saucepan bring to a boil: rice, coconut milk, salt,sugar, and 1 1/4 cup water. stir. lower heat and simmer, uncovered, abaout 8-10 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.

2. remove from heat. cover and let stand 5 minutes. transfer rice to a stemer or double saucepan and steam 15-20 minutes over boiling water, until rice is cooked through.

3. mold the cooked rice into individual ramekins or small cups lined with plastic wrap. cool to room temperature.

4. at serving time unmold onto a plate and top with mango or even strawberries. sprinkle with toasted mung beans to garnish.
