I left for campus at 5:30 a.m., and arrived at campus at
6:15 a.m. while waiting for another friend to come and my friend went to buy
bread for breakfast because I didn't have breakfast at home hihi ... well at

"danish" dough with my group friends, then the denish mixture was
formed, then roasted. Then it was 12.00 in the afternoon and it was time for
the dhuzur prayer for those who are Muslim.
After the dhuzur prayer we were all told to eat bread, the
remaining muffins and drink lemon tea that had been made heheh ... the other
groups prepared for tomorrow which would be cooked. Then we rested to eat with
other friends, and we returned oneline to divide the task because it will do
general clening, after that we are general cleaning ...

- scald milk. cool to lukewarm. dissolve yeast in milk
- mix butter, sugar, salt, and spice until smooth, using paddle
- add liquid (from step 1) and flour mix 3-4 minutes on 2nd speed
- rest in retarder 20-30 minutes
- roll in remaining butter and give 3 three-fold
