Daily activity english version 7

Alhamdulillah this is the third day of practice the second week after mid semester and I will tell you what I have made in this one daily kitchen, we all oneline in the kitchen while the supervisor explains about the menu today and directs us to work well. And the supervisor also explains what will be prepared today and done today. Then my group will prepare a 2.2 rotation menu, namely "thai beef salad" as usual we gather in groups to discuss about preparing today for tomorrow and share the tasks, there are those who make menus today and there are those who prepare materials for tomorrow. And I will continue to pledge my yuan that was made yesterday, just heat it and platting it.


After that I prepared a glass for platting tang yuan.




recipe "THAI BEEF SALAD"

Ingridients:
450 gr Decent quality steak,sirloin or otehr
10 Thai chilli pepper  sliced crosswise very thin
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp Thai fish sauce
5 tbsp lime juice
1 heart of romaine lettuce
12 spring fresh mint
1 pcs small cucumber
3 pcs shallot
4 springs Cilantro oil,stems removed

Procedure:

1.Grill or boil the steak untill medium-rare.Trim off any fat. Cool and slice thin ,into pieces approx .2 inches across and 1/8 inch thick.
2.Mix gralic,chilles,fish sauce,lime juice,and sugar in a small bowl
3.Add the sliced meat and toss with the cuucmbers an shallots. Taste  and add more fish sauce if desired
4.Make a be of the lettuce on a serving plate.Place the beef on top.Garnish with cilantro.
